Riding out the storm

All you east coast TCGS fans: How are you dealing with being cooped by Sandy?
I'm watching the first three Resident Evil movies with my roommates and enjoying equal parts bacon and beer. Earlier I walked home from Manhattan and things were getting real!

I watched Arrested Development and TCGS and read for most of the day. Then I played scattergories, phase 10, fluxx, and apples to apples with my roommates and now we're taking a break before we play settlers of catan. It really hasn't been too bad. Pretty similar to the way I often end up spending weekends haha.

We're getting a lot of wind and a rain/snow mix here in western PA right now, but no power outages or anything yet. Only change to typical Monday-night protocol was that there were only 4 teams at bar trivia tonight (my team still got 4th place, however).

I'm hoping that tomorrow power will be out at my office, but not at my apartment so that I can work from home, and not have to make up a day of work later this week.
